Media Influence in 2019

Oh Man! Media have the power to destroy the career of any of them overnight they’re into the Drastically Vision or else make them a Crush or frame of the Country in one Night. “Without Reason”.

Media Influence in 2019

What is Media Power?

A one of the Social Media Advisor for Influencers, Marketing Strategy, Endorsement for Brands. In media studies, media psychology, communication theory and sociology, media influence and media effects are topics relating to mass media and media culture effects on individual or audience thought, attitudes and behavior. Whether it is written, televised, or spoken, mass media reaches a large audience. Mass media is known as being one of the most significant forces in modern culture.

The second phase of media effects studies instituted the importance of empirical research while introducing the complex nature of media effects due to the idiosyncratic nature of audience individuals. The Payne Fund studies, conducted in India during this period, focused on the effect of media upon young people. Many other separate studies focused on persuasion effects studies, or the possibilities and usage of planned persuasion in film and other media.

Few Facts about Media Influence

Do you know the Public opinion also affect politics through the new media? New media provides two-way communication, which achieves an interactive role. People can directly send message to government and politicians can comment online. Portal Like Twitter Account, Facebook through like any civilian people can Communicate directly or else Live Streaming.

If people are dissatisfied with the government, they can express their thought through social media and discuss with other people online. When those comments gather together, it will draw public opinion to focus on the wrongdoings of government. Since new media has a large user base, the political activity is followed by more people than before.
New media lets people better supervise government behavior. Also, governments can know public opinion through new media as reference for decision making. Although new media has both positive and negative effect on politics, it narrows the relationship between the public and politics.

The public is not only an information receiver anymore. People also can give their advice and opinion to the government. The government also have a chance to get to know the thought of citizens.

Powerful Media Effects Phase

During the early 20th century, developing mass media technologies, such as radio and film, were credited with an almost irresistible power to mold an audience’s beliefs, cognition and behaviors according to the communicators’ will. The basic assumption of strong media effects theory was that audiences were passive and homogeneous.
This assumption was not based on empirical evidence but on assumptions of human nature. There were two main explanations for this perception of mass media effects. First, mass broadcasting technologies were acquiring a widespread audience, even among average households.

People were astonished by the speed of information dissemination, which may have clouded audience perception of any media effects. Secondly, propaganda techniques were implemented during the wartime by several governments as a powerful tool for uniting their people.

This propaganda exemplified strong-effect communication. Early media effects research often focused on the power of this propaganda. Combing through the technological and social environment, early media effects theories stated that the mass media were all-powerful.

The effects of media violence upon individuals have many decades of research, starting as early as Possible. Children and adolescents, considered vulnerable media consumers, are often the target of these studies. Most studies of media violence surround the media categories of television and video games.

The rise of the motion picture industry, coupled with advances in social sciences, spurred the famous Payne Fund studies and others. later suggested that comic books influenced children into delinquent behaviors, provided false worldviews and lowered literacy in his book Seduction of the Innocent. This research was too informal to reach a clear verdict, and a recent study suggests information was misrepresented and even falsified.

All About Article 377

By | June 18, 2019
All About Article 377

Section 377 of the IPC (Indian Penal Code) is an archaic law, introduced by the British during 1860, which criminalises certain sexual acts describing them as “unnatural offences”. This involves sexual acts between consenting adults (both homosexual and heterosexual adults), even within the privacy of their rooms.

All About Article 377

A brief history of Section 377

This law gathered much controversy and media coverage after a PIL was filed by Naz Foundation against this section in Delhi High Court. The Court, in a landmark judgement, overturned the 150-year-old section in 2009. However, the success was short-lived. Hearing on a batch of appeals filed against the High Court verdict, the Supreme Court in 2013 reversed the previous verdict.

Section 377 IPC is contained in Chapter XVI of the IPC titled “Of Offences Affecting the Human Body”. Within this Chapter Section 377, IPC is categorised under the sub-chapter titled “Of Unnatural Offences”.

What does it mean and what does it not mean?

  1. Section 377 has been interpreted by the courts to cover anal sex, oral sex and penetration of other orifices, in various cases.
  2. All sex other than heterosexual penile-vaginal is criminally penalizable.
  3. Consent is no defence to an offence user Section 377.
  4. The section makes no distinction regarding age.
  5. Contrary to the common belief, this section does not criminalise homosexual behaviour or tendency (people feeling romantically or sexually attracted toward the same sex) per se. Rather, it criminalises certain sexual acts, irrespective of the sexual orientation of the offender involved.
  6. However, it was noted by Delhi High Court in its judgement, that this section, in its operation, unfairly targets the homosexual community and views them as criminals.
  7. The court also noted that Section 377 “was based on a conception of sexual morality specific to Victorian-era drawing on notions of carnality and sinfulness” and that it was not enacted “keeping in mind instances of child sexual abuse or to fill the lacuna in a rape law”.
  8. Section 377 IPC is a non-bailable offence.
  9. CRIMINALISATION OF HOMOSEXUALITY
  10. There are a lot of people who see homosexuality as a crime and a disease which can be treated. However, these are those people that are prohibiting the progressive laws to enter society.
  11. Homosexuality is a person’s sexual preference and not a disease, just because heterosexuality is “common” does not mean it is a norm and homosexuals violate it.
  12. Sec 377 enumerates that – Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with 1[imprisonment for life], or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
  13. Explanation — Penetration is sufficient to constitute the carnal intercourse necessary to the offence described in this section.

What does the law say?

Section 377 of the Indian Penal code makes carnal intercourse, or any non-procreative sexual act between a man and a woman illegal, punishable with up to 10 years in jail and/or a fine.

Section 377 is a part of IPC [Indian Penal Code] that criminalises acts against the order of nature; something which not only includes homosexual sex but also anal sex [and even oral sex] between straight and consenting couples.

So, if you have ever given [or received for that matter] a blowjob, you are a criminal in the eyes of the law and can be charged for it.

Fortunately, no matter how nosy us Indians are, sex remains a taboo in our society. Thus, most people pretend that they don’t know about [or see] such acts and keep to themselves.

This results in rare usage of this section and even when it is used, it is used against paedophiles because, apparently, gay sex is more abhorrent than paedophilia and thus carries a much stricter sentence.

There is widespread support for the scrapping of Section 377 among the enlightened sections of Indian society, including eminent lawyers, jurists, renowned writers, political activists, journalists, doctors, actors, producers, directors, teachers, students etc.

This is the law in India that is infamous for having banned homosexual acts in public and in private, and whenever there is a debate on this section one of the favourite arguments of the side favouring a reading down or striking down of this Section is that the “order of nature” is no longer what it used to be way back in 1860.

Modi government in 2014 said that he will take a decision on Section 377 after the Supreme Court’s decision. Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju said in a written reply in the Lok Sabha that since the matter is still pending in the Supreme Court, the government will take a decision on the decision after the court’s verdict. After the Supreme Court’s decision, the NCRB started collecting data for the first time under Section 377 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

In 2017, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor brought the Indian Penal Code (Amendment) Bill for the change in section 377, but he could not get passed in the Lok Sabha. In accordance with the Supreme Court’s ruling on ‘Rights of Privilege’ in August 2017, sex-related tilt assumed the fundamental rights and also marked that ‘any gender-related leaning is the fundamental part of its right to privacy’.

In this judgment it was said that the Défense of ‘Right to privacy and sexual inclination’ is in the origin of Section 14, 15 and 21 of the Constitution, ensuring the fundamental right. ‘

Question?

  • What is your Opinion?
  • I hope it should be in favour of Homosexuality?

Yuvraj Singh – A Warrior Who Defeat Cancer

Yuvraj Singh - A Warrior Who Defeat Cancer

Instant Click on Mind when you heard about Yuvraj Singh ‘Six Sixes” in an over. Woo! Man, such a great cricket who never led down to his team even after the cancer disease. So today, we are going to discuss Yuvraj Singh

Will talk about his achievement only where he proves that cancer can never destroy any of his dreams to play Cricket for India. (Team India)

Yuvraj Singh – A Warrior Who Defeat Cancer

Yuvraj Singh is a former Indian cricketer with Jersey No. 12, who played in all forms of the game. An all-rounder who bats left-handed in the middle order and bowls slow left-arm orthodox. One of the greatest limited over players to play for India.

Well, Yuvraj has 8,701 runs and 111 wickets to his name in ODIs, with 1,177 runs and 28 wickets in T20Is. He was particularly noted for his hitting of the ball and his fielding.

Through this journey, some matches that remain in my memory are – the 2002 NatWest series final, my first Test hundred in Lahore in 2004, the 2007 Test series in England, of course, the six sixes and the 2007 T20 World Cup. And then the most memorable one was the 2011 World Cup finals.

Yuvraj was a member of the Indian cricket team in One Day Internationals (ODIs) between 2000 and 2017. He was the vice-captain of the Indian ODI team between 2007–2008.

He was the Man of the Tournament in the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup, and one of the top performers at the  2007 ICC Cricket World Twenty20, both of which India won. In a match against England at the 2007 World Twenty20.

He famously hit six Sixes in one over bowled by Stuart Board — a feat performed only three times previously in any form of senior cricket, and never in an international match between two Test cricket teams. In the same match, he set the record for the fastest fifty in Twenty20 Internationals and in all Twenty20 cricket, reaching 50 runs in 12 balls. During the 2011 World Cup, he became the first player to take a 5-wicket haul and score a 50 in the same World Cup match.

IPL comes & ever buddy known that Yuvraj Singh is the highest bid of 16 crores. Yuvraj was the Icon Player and captain for Indian Premier League (IPL) team Kings XI Punjab in the first two seasons.

History of Yuvraj Singh in Cricket

On 1 May 2009, Yuvraj registered his first hat-trick in T20 cricket against Royal Challenger Bangalore at Kingsmead in Durban, the same ground where he hit his six sixes. He dismissed Robin Uthappa Mark Boucher and Jacques Kallis. On 17 May 2009, Yuvraj took his second Twenty20 hat-trick against Deccan Chargers at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. Yuvraj dismissed  Herschelle’sGibbs,   Andrew Symonds, and Venugopal Rao. The Pune Warriors were a new team introduced for the 2011 IPL.

  • In 2014, Yuvraj was bought by the Royal Challenger Bangalore for 14 crores.  Kingfisher employee union sent a letter to Yuvraj requesting him not to play for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
  • In 2015, he was bought by  Delhi Daredevils for a mammoth Rs. 16 Crores.
  • In the 2016 IPL Aution, he was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs. 7 crores. In 2016, he had a very successful IPL campaign with the Sunrisers Hyderabad after winning the 2016 Indian Premier League.
  • In 2017 Indian Premier League, He was retained by Sunrisers Hyderabad, barring the opening match vs Royal Challenger Bangalore, he had an average season.
  • In 2018 Indian Premier League, he was picked by Kings XI Punjab for a base price of 2 crores. He was dropped for some matches. This season was also his worst IPL season. He was released by Kings XI Punjab ahead of the 2019 IPL Auction. In the auction, Yuvraj Singh was purchased by Mumbai Indians for his base price of ₹1 crore.

Yuvraj’s exploits as a T20 player can best be explained by his impact in another ICC tournament before the 2011 World Cup. In the inaugural World T20 in 2007 in South Africa, Yuvraj slammed a 12-ball half-century against England which included six sixes in an over against Stuart Broad. The record for the fastest half-century in the format at the international level remains with Yuvraj for that Durban knock.

In 2012, Yuvraj was conferred with the Arjuna Award, India’s second highest sporting award by the Government Of India. In 2014, he was awarded the Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian honor. At the 2014 IPL auction Royal Challenger, Bangalore bought Yuvraj for an all-time high price of ₹14 crore and, in 2015, the Delhi Daredevils bought him for ₹16 crore making him the most expensive player ever to be sold in the IPL.

Retirement

On 10th June 2019, Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement from international cricket. Yuvraj Singh held a press conference in Mumbai where he announced his decision to hang his boots from all formats of the game. He said that he has Decided to “Move On”.

Yuvraj recounted his best memories through his career, while also spelling out his worst.

He also said, “As for now, I have decided to provide service and help for cancer Patients & Under Privileges Students.”

Yuvraj Singh

  • He is the legend & Indian known how he passionate about Cricket & Played many games for India. The contribution is Beyond Imagination Level.

Trains – An Indian Adventures

Trains - An Indian Adventures

Types of class in Indian Railway and their own Limitation. Seriously Dude, but just keep in mind, this was just an Analysis.

Trains – An Indian Adventures

Travelling by Train is something like Goosebumps before we start our Journey. Make more excited, Curiosity Level, Packing luggage, Ticket Books Before 3 months, Bla Bla Bla

Avoid Sleeper class. It’s always crowded, and vendors keep streaming in and out. AC coaches are safer and they also have an attendant (though may be difficult to get hold of most of the times).

General Class

Let us Talk about General Class which is actually 2 coaches are available in the very train. Either back to Engine or attached with Guard coach. This class doesn’t require reservations and therefore, you can see a lot of crowd in a single coach, unlike other classes. Seats here are made of wooden mostly intended for sitting and not for sleeping “I Repeat not for sleeping.”

Second Class

This is a reservation compartment which is available in cheap option for people commuting a shorter distance. Usually, trains with 2S class run during the daytime. You will see cushioned seats for three seats on both sides. Some new trains also have single comfortable seats for the passengers. Second Class have quite comfortable as compared to General Class. Many of them using for the Up down, College Students, Regular Travellers etc…

Sleeper Class

This one has been the most popular choice for a middle-class person in India. But most of them now moved to AC compartments. Every buddy has the first priority to book Sleeper class Seat before 3 months. Therefore, you can see more General class people here. This compartment has seats divided into 3 tiers allowing 6 passengers to sleep. Attached are both Indian and Western-style toilets.

3rd Tier Class

A step above sleeper class is 3AC offering much comfort and quiet surrounding to the travellers. Carriages are same as of the sleeper class coach, but the windows are made of a tinted glass that cannot be opened. Of course, it offers to cool with air-conditioners along with bedding services for the passengers. The main difference is the number of people in the car. 3-tier has more people & fewer privacy features. Essentially the car is divided up into rooms (minus walls) where there are berths of beds. The beds can be changed into seats as needed.

2nd Tier Class

Experience a comfortable and hassle-free journey on the 2AC class. This is perfect for upper-class people of India and offers four beds in a compartment. The services of towels and bedding are also there for travellers.

1st Tier Class

1AC carriages are amazing! You can compare them with aeroplane travelling as they offer AC cooling, lockable doors in compartments, and vertically positioned two/four beds. Unlike other classes, these beds are wide, and passengers are offered sheets, pillows, a room freshener, and more. You will find this class in the most popular trains.

Air-Conditioned Chair Car (CC)

Indian Railways trains that commute comparatively shorter distances has CC carriages. These trains run between major cities and therefore offer a good option of CC class for people who take frequent business trips. One side of the aisle has three seats while other has two seats.

On one of our trips during the day we rode in a ‘chair car.’  We were both a bit worried this wouldn’t be an AC car as it doesn’t explicitly say ‘AC’ in the title (whereas other classes are specific). Turns out this car looked and felt like a train car in Europe or the US might look and feel. There were 6 seats across with an aisle down the middle. The chairs reclined some and yes, there was AC.

Finally, were the guys selling full meals on our overnight trains. I think this might have just been for the upper classes (we only saw it in First & 2 Tier AC classes). For 150rs you get a full thali plate.

There was a dal, a potato dish, and a paneer dish. This was served with chapatti (which we found to be too thick, cold, hard and not appetizing), rice, a Gulab jamun and a plastic spoon.  All in all, the meal was good enough with plenty of spice and it felt fresh and hygienic enough (it was a tray sealed with plastic).

Do you know there is luggage allowance in railways too just like in airways? There is a maximum limit for the luggage load allowed per passenger in trains beyond which a passenger is liable to be charged extra. This is different for different classes by the Indian Railways. Although I never found this rule to be followed very strictly by the passengers and railway employees if a passenger is seen carrying the shit load of extra luggage, they need to take special permission from the railway authority for which they are charged extra.

There is a specified luggage dimension too for the passengers to carry them in their compartment.

Suggestion

At least once in a lifetime, everyone Should travel with IRCTC (Sleeper as well As AC Coach). Yeah! Never miss this kind of the best experiences for all the Indian peoples to travel with the Indian Railways (IRCTC).

Women Safety in 2019

By | June 6, 2019
Women Safety in 2019
Which Step taken to Government for Women Safety measure?

Lack of Implementation?

Women Safety in 2019

If you search on the internet related to the Women safety Actually it will showcases which happened in India. there are many such stories happening in different parts of India where women, young girls and old are being killed.

Women’s safety means a safer, healthier community for everyone. This is a natural by-product of efforts that attempt to address issues such as family dynamics, relationships, poverty, racism and/or ending sexual violence. Building a healthy, safe community is everyone’s job6.

On one hand, there were many movements like the #MeToo movement gaining traction in India and abroad So-called “Trending Tweet” where several powerful men lost their jobs or were forced to resign. Yeah! Many of them lost their Respect in front of Connecting People.

  • Women’s safety involves strategies, practices, and policies which aim to reduce gender-based violence (or violence against women), including women’s fear of crime.
  • Lack of movement and comfort is a form of social exclusion.
  • Conversely, space can also create a sensation of safety and comfort and can serve to discourage violence.
  • Women’s safety involves freedom from poverty.
  • This includes safe access to water, the existence, and security of communal toilet facilities in informal settlements, slum upgrades, gender-sensitive street and city design, safe car parks, shopping centers, and public transportation2.
  • Family income plays a powerful role Similarly, women’s economic empowerment reduces their vulnerability to situations of violence as they become less dependent on men and better able to make their own decisions.
  • Women have the right to value themselves, to be empowered, to be respected, to be independent, to have their rights valued, to be loved, to have solidarity with other family and community members, and to be recognized as equal members in society.

What can you and I do? – So why should it not be reflected in practice?

  • Every citizen needs to decide and agree that each person has the right to be safe. Our constitution states that every single person is equal before the law.
  • Women and girls must be allowed to access education, healthcare, choice of career, choice of marriage partner, or the right to stay single.
  • They should not be punished for their choice of garments, friends, or leisure activities. In short, they must be given respect and be allowed to exercise their rights.
  • As individuals, each of us can respect one another; let us be active bystanders where we prevent sexual violence and intervene when we see it happening and – most importantly – do not perpetuate it.

Government Factor

The police must ensure police stations are welcoming places for women to make complaints. It does not serve anyone well that official statistics on crime against women are severely under-reported. Suppressing these complaints only weakens the system and emboldens perpetrators. This ultimately affects the country as the perception of safety in India takes a beating.

Traveling in the city (Transportation)

  • The one experience common to all women in the city is related to public transport; accessing the same is seen as fraught with discomfort and danger.
  • This danger is associated with the threat of harassment or even rape in deserted areas. Public transport – buses in particular – are listed among the most unsafe places for women where sexual harassment seems to have become a regular feature.
  • Transportation is common like a Bus is the most commonly used form of public transport in the city, in addition to the metro rail system, auto rickshaws, cycle rickshaws, and taxis.
  • Middle- and upper-class women are, to an extent, able to filter their experiences because of the options available to them.
  • For instance, many upper-class women can avoid buses if they can afford to travel in cars or taxis. Many women pointed out that the metro system, which earlier used to be safe, now has similar crowding and the fear of sexual harassment here as well.

Unsafe City in India is New Delhi undoubted

Every Buddy knew the How’s Delhi is Unsafe. Just ping the points related to lack of safety measure, Technology, Awareness Programs.

  1. Poor Lighting
  2. Lack of Information
  3. Poor maintenance of Public Space
  4. Crowd public Transport
  5. Lack of clean & safe public toilets
  6. Lack of vendors
  7. Lack of effective people – Police & Civil Guards.
  8. Lack of Respect for women from men.
  9. Uncomfortable and unsafe in New City

Safety Measure like – Audit

  1. Preparation
  2. Training
  3. Implementation
  4. Safety walk
  5. Formulation Recommendation
  6. Self Defence

My Point of View

If each of us did our bit, we would be able to end the horrific violence against women and girls and make the world a happier, more equal, and more comfortable for Women.

My wish is to “Be the change you wish to see”, as said by Mahatma Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi – A Man with Silver Spoon

By | June 1, 2019
Rahul Gandhi - A Man with Silver Spoon

Rahul Gandhi is the face of Indian National Congress Party. Well, we can also say that “A Man with Silver Spoon”.

Well, I am sure you have seen him in so many speeches and in a few funny clips. Today in today’s article we are going to discuss all his life, career, and his personal and political life.

Rahul Gandhi – A Man with Silver Spoon

Rahul Gandhi is an Indian politician who is the current President of the Indian National Congress. He hails from a long line of politicians, known as the Nehru-Gandhi family. His great-grandfather was Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister of India and also the longest serving Prime Minister of India has served for a total of seventeen years.

Rahul Gandhi Speech is beyond the Imagination in his rally. Don’t you think so???? Because I follow Rahul Gandhi since 2009 where I actually a found mislead ray. Uhh! I Think Rahul Gandhi never understand the Commercial, Political, Social issues till date. INC party get the unconditional love from Indian people. But Somehow, they lose that support form Indian people. Didn’t convenience them after Modi Government.

Track Record of Rahul Gandhi

Let’s face the track record of Rahul Gandhi in his entire Career, what he did for his Party & Indian Peoples. Did you hear about of Manifest of INC part, I never Trust on them because they never implement the Project model in any City or State. I don’t know who is actually going to control the Rahul Gandhi Vision Ideas, Preceptive.

In September 2007 when he was appointed general secretary in charge of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) and the National Students Union of India (NSUI), Gandhi promised to reform youth politics.

In his attempt to prove himself thus, in November 2008 Gandhi held interviews at his 12 Tughlak Lane residence in New Delhi to handpick at least 40 people who will make up the think-tank of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC), an organization that he has been keen to transform since he was appointed general secretary in September 2007.

Family

Rahul Gandhi and his sister, Priyanka managed their mother’s campaign for re-election to Rae Bareilly in 2006, which was won with a victory margin of over 400,000 votes. He was a prominent figure in the Congress campaign for the 2007 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections; Congress, however, won only 22 seats of the 403 seats with 8.53% of votes. Yes Seriously!

As per my point of view, Rahul Gandhi has never been a CM of Any state then how can he become a “Prime Minister of India” with experience of any social cause, Problem defeat structure, Project Model, Non – Experience of Position. This is wanted I’m thinking.

In 2019

Gandhi coined the slogan “Chowkidar Chor Hai” as a jibe against Narendra Modi, BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate for the 2019 Indian general election.

The slogan was aimed at Modi in relation to the alleged irregularities and favoritism in awarding the contracts for the Rafale fighter jet deal.

Rahul Gandhi comes with full evidence & Proof in front of Media that Rafale Fighter plane deal is full of corruption & Handshake partnership between Modi Government & Anil Ambani Industry. (Which is inauguration 15 day back). An interesting fact is France Government come up with Tweet proof of Rafale deal and show the Entities of Documentary files and may help to the Modi Government.

While, after a day’s back Supreme Court delivery the Clean chit regarding the Rafale Deal worth of 1500 Crore per Per Fighter planes. Rahul Gandhi contested the 2019 Lok Sabha election from two constituencies, Amethi, UP, and Wayanad, Kerala. He led the election campaign of the Indian National Congress party.  Rahul Gandhi won the Wayanad seat in the 2019 general elections. However, he lost his existing seat of Amethi to BJP’s Smriti Irani by a margin of 55,120 votes.

Take Election’s Firm & Analysis it from 2004

  • In 2004 Indian National Congress Party has a done a Campaign for 14th Lok Sabha Election from Amethi & Unfortunately win the election 3,90,179 Votes.
  • In 2009 Indian National Congress Party done another campaign for 15th Lok Sabha Election from Amethi & win the Election approx. 4,64,195 Votes.
  • In 2014 Indian National Congress Party done one more campaign for 16th Lok Sabha Election from Amethi & win the Election approx. 4,08,651 Votes.
  • In 2019 Indian National Congress Party done another campaign for 17th Lok Sabha Election from Amethi & lose the Election with 4,13,394 Votes.

Question?

  • Rahul Gandhi Should possess the Position of Prime Minister of India?
  • Think 100 times before speak?
